Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Delivery Information

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)

International Shipping (Optional)

We currently ship internationally to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
